By using the services offered by Digital Tochi, it is your responsibility to regularly re-review the Digital Tochi terms of Service so you are fully aware of your agreement.

GENERAL USAGE
Digital Tochi is a service that is freely provided to you. By becoming a member of Digital Tochi you agree to post information and material relevant to the topic in discussion. Creating topics, or posting information within existing topics, that contain or promote profane, indecent, abusive, infringing or discriminating materials is strictly prohibited. Digital Tochi staff members moderate what is acceptable information and material in accordance to these conditions and reserve the right to close, delete or alter topics or posts that they deem unacceptable without prior notice. For the smooth running of Digital Tochi, it is asked that you respect the desicions made by the Digital Tochi staff. If you have a complaint, question or query in relation to any closed, deleted or altered topics or posts, it is asked that you address an administrator. Separate forums may contain their own set of terms, conditions and notices that must be followed in conjunction with those outlined in the Terms of Service. These terms, conditions and notices apply to every aspect of Digital Tochi, including your personal profile and blog.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
By posting writings, art works and other forms of media on the Digital Tochi forums, you have declared to be the author/creator of these works or that you have obtained permission by its author/creator to post their works. If it is discovered that the works you have posted are a duplication or an altered form of another individual or group of individuals works without permission, you have violated the Digital Tochi terms of service and may result in your account being compromised by the Digital Tochi administrators.

In accordance to the above conditions, posted writings, art works and other forms of media are not to be duplicated or altered, unless otherwise stated by the author/creator. The Digital Tochi staff do their best to protect your works by imposing a post quota on certain forum area's however Digital Tochi cannot be held responsible for non-members duplicating or altering its members works. Account holders at Digital Tochi post their writings, art works or other forms of media with this acknowledgment and at their own risk.

Digital Tochi is not responsible for the materials its members post, and cannot be held liable for any copyright infringement.

THIRD PARTY LINKS
Digital Tochi's affiliate scheme is maintained and moderated by the Digital Tochi administrators. Affiliate web sites and their contents are not controlled by Digital Tochi staff.
Account holders of Digital Tochi may post links to web sites in the forums in accordance to the terms, coniditions and notices outlined within the topic. The following list is an example of inappropriate web sites, and are not to be linked:

Websites that contain or promote illegal activity
Websites that contain profane, indecent, infringing material or information
Websites that conduct Pyramid schemes, survey's or chain letters

This list is not exhausted. The Digital Tochi staff reserve the right to sanction those who post links to material they feel is inappropriate.

Creating a link to a third party web site in your signature is acceptable, provided the content of the web site are adhering to the above terms. Failure to comply may result in your account being compromised by the Digital Tochi administrators.
